The Edmonton Oilers have announced the re-signing of Cam Dineen, a move that comes during an offseason filled with uncertainties for the team.

Re-signing Cam Dineen offers the Oilers additional depth on defense, an area that needed bolstering. Dineen is a force to be reckoned with, and his place on the team will be important towards its dynamic in the future.
With this out of the way, the Oilers have surely turned their sights to keeping Draisaitl on the team. Jeff Jackson has been very open about how important it is for the team dynamic to keep Draisaitl.
