Edmonton Oilers' forward Zach Hyman could be suspended by the NHL after he landed an insane hit on Los Angeles Kings Philip Danault on Wednesday night.

Oilers' fans are used to see Hyman being one of the most dynamic players on the team. That's a big statement, for a team who has top talents like Leon Draisaitl and Connor McDavid.
His point production has been amazing this year, tallying an impressive total of 54 goals and 77 points. Last night, in the second game of the Oilers Vs. Kings series, he showed that he can also be a physical player.
He landed a dangerous hit on Kings' Philip Danault, who retreated to the locker room shortly after.
"zach hyman with a big hit on philip danault, who went right down the tunnel."
In the video, we can see that he hits Danault's head first. However, no penalty was called on the play, but many people believe Hyman could be suspended for it.
Even if the NHL rarely hands out punishments in the playoffs, this is what could happen here.
Danault ended up returning to the game, as we often see in the playoffs. Being one of the best defensive centerman in the League, his absence would be a tough pill to swallow for the Kings, who have the tough task of stopping McDavid and the Oilers from eliminating them in a third straight year.
Do you think Zach Hyman should be suspended by the NHL for his hit on Philip Danault?
