Minnesota Wild sends Beckman to New Jersey for Clarke

Adam Beckman, 23, has appeared in 23 NHL games since his debut with the Wild on October 30, 2021. The 6'2», 180lbs forward registered his first NHL point, an assist, on November 6, 2021. Throughout his NHL career, Beckman has accumulated three assists and 14 penalty minutes, all with Minnesota. In the 2023-24 season, he played 11 games, contributing two assists.
Beckman shined in the AHL last season with Iowa, leading the team in goals with 19 and finishing fourth in points with 33. Over four seasons with Iowa, he totaled 108 points in 181 games. Beckman also added a goal during the Calder Cup Playoffs in 2023. A third-round pick (75th overall) in the 2019 NHL Draft by Minnesota, Beckman previously excelled in the WHL with Spokane, amassing 196 points in 153 games.
Graeme Clarke, drafted by New Jersey five picks after Beckman in 2019, spent four seasons in the AHL with Binghamton/Utica. Clarke now moves to Minnesota, ending his tenure with the Devils organization.
