Two former hockey players sentenced to two years in prison for terrible crime

Two former hockey players in the QHJHL were sentenced to two years in prison for a terrible crime committed in 2021.

According to multiple reports, the court reached a verdict on Massimo Siciliano and Nicolas Daigle's case.
Both players, who were 21 at the time of their crime, were accused of s***ual a***ult on a 17-year-old, which they filmed and showed their teammates following the 2021 President Cup win.
Daigle was sentenced to 32 months in jail, and Siciliano; 30.
Translated from a French report:
"Two former Victoriaville Tigres players, Nicolas Daigle and Massimo Siciliano, received penitentiary sentences for [a crime] in 2021 after winning the QMJHL President's Cup. Daigle: 32 months Siciliano: 30 months."
It's safe to say that both of these players' career in North America has ended. Most of hockey players who have trouble with the law end up moving to Russia or Europe to pursue their pro hockey careers.
