David Krejci has been a warrior in the NHL for over 15 years now, and after the retirement of Patrice Bergeron, he's dropped a hint of his own on where his hockey future lies.
For the past 16 years, Krejci has turned up at every opportunity and given the fans in Boston 100%, but at 37-years old, his future is now certainly up in the air.
For 1,032 games, Krejci has been fantastic for Boston, tallying 231 goals and 786 points, and after returning to Boston for the 2022-23 campaign, he is now weighing up his future in hockey.
While many expected a decision soon, in his latest interview, Krejci has revealed that he is going to take his time to decide, whether that be in the NHL, Europe or internationally.
With all the wear and tear on his body, no one would blame him for walking away, but given his passion, it wouldn't be a shock if he returned to Europe, played for his home country or even returned to the NHL. Regardless, it appears he's going to be patient with his decision.
