It was just revealed that the Oilers have placed three different players on waivers including 2019 draft pick Raphael Lavoie.
Ben Gleason (EDM), Raphael Lavoie (EDM), Lane Pederson (EDM)
Lavoie is the most likely of these three to get picked up off of waivers but considering how most teams in the NHL placed a player on waivers today, it helps improve his odds of getting claimed.
Hopefully, for the Oilers, Lavoie goes unclaimed because he is certainly a piece they could use for their future.
