Just when you thought the drama of waved-off goals were done in these playoffs, here came another one courtesy of the Edmonton Oilers and Vancouver Canucks.

This time, less than a day after Mason Marchment's potential series clincher got axed in overtime, the Oilers, trailing 3-2 in their second round series and fighting for their season, found themselves in the same boat.
Evan Bouchard unleashed a rocket from the point with just milliseconds left on the clock, sneaking it past Vancouver Canucks' goalie Arturs Silovs. The crowd thought it's a buzzer-beater miracle. Yet the officials quickly wave it off, citing some accidental bumping with the goaltender.
Edmonton head Coach Kris Knoblauch could've challenged the call, but he decided to roll the dice and let it slide. Then postgame, he gave the NHL a piece of his mind, calling them out for that controversial call.
He even brought up Mason Marchment's goal from the previous night.
Marchment himself didn't hold back either, sharing the ref's explanation:
Duchy's ass was over the line. His feet were outside, but his * was over the line.
Another chapter in the goalie interference saga, leaving fans scratching their heads and coaches shaking theirs. Who knew a little bumping around the net could cause this much chaos eh?
