Despite facing an 0-3 deficit after three games, the Edmonton Oilers have come storming back to force a Game 7 after a 5-1 victory on Friday night at a raucous Rogers Place in Edmonton. The series will now shift to Florida in a winner-take-all game, but before that happens, the Oilers fans in attendance took the opportunity to send their team off in a big way.
Not only that, but they trolled the Florida Panthers management, with one fan snapping a hilarious picture of a dejected Panthers box following the one-sided defeat.
This comes just days after General Manager Bill Zito was seen throwing a bottle of water in frustration after the Game 5 loss, and given yet another loss, it's no shock that the frustration boiled over once again. Still, the Panthers have the opportunity to put three straight losses behind them and win the Stanley Cup on home ice, and with their home fans behind them, absolutely anything could happen in Game 7.
