Pierre-Luc Dubois' off-season plans for this summer have officially been revealed by new LA Kings coach Jim Hiller.
It hasn't exactly been the tenure the LA Kings have been hoping for when they acquired PLD last summer for a haul consisting of Gabe Vilardi, Alex Iafallo, Rasmus Kupari and a second round pick. However new head coach Jim Hiller insists it will get better, as he is expected to train in LA this summer instead of going home.
Hiller on Dubois: «I live here in LA during the summer, my understanding is PL is going to spend most of his (off-season) in LA. He and I will have plenty of discussions this summer; I know he's not happy with his season. We'll work together on it. Both our goal is for him to come back and have a great season next year.»
PLD signed a 8x8 contract the moment he got traded to LA. Things need to change if Dubois wants to make it right in LA and not move to his fourth team in his short lived NHL career so far.
