Kyle Dubas will be joining the Pittsburgh Penguins as their next President of Hockey Operations. The move comes after Dubas said he would either return to Toronto or take the year off, so many are surprised by this news.
Dubas will have expanded control over the Penguins in his new role and more freedom than he did as the GM of the Leafs. He will also play a huge part in hiring their next GM
