Kane Recovering From Hip Surgery In Toronto
Patrick Kane has been living in Toronto for the past two months per insider Darren Dreger:
Patrick Kane continues to rehab from his hip surgery. He's been doing so in the Toronto area since July and requires at least another month. We know Buffalo has interest. He could help a lot of teams when healthy.
Toronto would make a lot of sense for Kane. They have a loaded forward core consisting of Matthews, Marner, Tavares, Nylander, Bertuzzi, and Domi. The addition of Kane would put them over the top and would catapult them from cup contenders to cup favorites.
Toronto also offers some of the top facilities in the world so Kane signing there could help ensure that he receives some of the best treatment he could possibly get.
Kane will not sign for about another month so Brad Treliving and the Maple Leafs can work on the perfect offer for Kane. Till then, Kane will continue to rehab and keep his options open.
