Tyler Bertuzzi is facing some criticism online after being caught on camera smiling while teammate Timothy Liljegren was ushered to the dressing room injured.

Bertuzzi Seen Smiling On Bench As Liljegren Heads to Dressing Room Hurt

During last night's Leafs-Bruins game, Brad Marchand took Timothy Liljegren into the boards on a dangerous play that went uncalled. Marchand stuck his stick between Liljegren's legs and tripped him up in one of the most dangerous spots on the ice. Liljegren went to the dressing room injured and is expected to miss significant time.
How is that not a penalty!?

Liljegren leaves the game
What was worse, though, was the apparent reaction from Bertuzzi after the play. During the injury timeout, Reaves was chirping Marchand from the bench, and the camera panned to Tyler Bertuzzi, who was smiling. While it is likely that he was laughing at what was being said between Reaves and his former teammate, that type of reaction quickly drew some criticism.
Lol at Bertuzzi's reaction compared to everyone else on the Leafs while they have a back and forth with Marchand out there

Leafs Widely Criticised for Lack of Reaction to the Play

The Leafs were criticized for their lack of reaction to the play during the game. Fans were upset that Ryan Reaves wasn't put out there to stand up for Liljegren and that nothing happened during or after the play. This is something the Leafs are often criticized for and many had thought would be better at due to their new roster additions.
