Through 5 games in the Vancouver Canucks first round series the Vancouver Canucks have set a record stat that may be losing them games.

After the Canucks' loss to the Nashville Predators in game 5 of the series, it was revealed that the Canucks' have set the second all time low for shots on goal through 5 games of a Stanley Cup Playoff series.
This is what X user, SNstats, said on,
"Canucks 92 shots on goal are the 2nd fewest in NHL history through the first 5 games of any postseason series"
The Vancouver Canucks will look to close out the series on Friday, May 3rd. Without their first and second string goaltenders, Thatcher Demko and Casey DeSmith, it will be a struggle. This stat also proves that they may have been leaving their goaltender's 'high and dry' and not producing enough offensively. This is on display through their top forward and recent contract extension signee, Elias Pettersson, who only has 2 assists through 5 Stanley Cup Playoff games this postseason.
