Mike Babcock Resigns As Head Coach In Columbus: Name Pascal Vincent As New Head Coach
It was just announced that Mike Babcock has resigned from his position as the Columbus Blue Jacket's head coach.
Here is Babcock's statement:
His replacement will be Pascal Vincent, a former Winnipeg Jets Assistant Coach and Manitoba Moose Head Coach.
Vincent was an assistant coach with the Jets for five years and added five more years with the Moose as their head coach. Last season he was an assistant coach with the Jets and will take over the reigns as Mike Babcock's replacement.
