Insiders have provided a major update regarding Connor Hellebuyck and his intentions with the Jets.
Hellebuyck's Consistency
Connor Hellebuyck has been one of the most elite and one of the most consistent goaltenders in the NHL over the past five years.
Since 2017-18, Hellebuyck has not had a sv% under .910 and a GAA over 3. With remarkably sound numbers, any NHL team would be interested in Hellebuyck's services but it would be most advantageous for the Jets to keep him around.
However, it may not be possible considering Hellebuyck's contract demands.
