Exciting news was just announced by the NHL today on X regarding Winnipeg Jets goaltender Connor Hellebuyck. The league has confirmed that he has been nominated for the prestigious Vezina Trophy given out to the NHL's top goaltender.

This season Connor Hellebuyck has been one of the major reasons that the Winnipeg Jets have been successful. Now he is getting the recognition he deserves by being nominated for a Vezina Trophy by the NHL.

He joins Florida Panthers goalie Sergei Bobrovsky and Vancouver Canucks goalie Thatcher Demko on the ballot. This season in 60 appearances Connor Hellebuyck took home a 2.39 goals against average and a 0.921 save percentage. This is also his second straight appearance as a finalist for the Vezina.
Connor Hellebuyck is a Vezina Trophy finalist for the second consecutive season and fourth time overall
While he has struggled in the playoffs to this point Connor Hellebuyck could still be recognized for his outstanding regular season in the coming weeks.
