Today a new report confirmed that a Winnipeg Jets forward who has missed time is on the verge of a return.

Jets' Forward Nearing Return From Injury

Today Mitchell Clinton reported that Winnipeg Jet Vladislav Namestnikov was back on the ice in a regular contact jersey today.
Looks like Vladislav Namestnikov will practice with the #NHLJets today in Anaheim. He's in a regular jersey.
Namestnikov has been out of the lineup since suffering an injury during a game against the Edmonton Oilers. Now it looks as though he could return in the Jets next game against the Anaheim Ducks.

Namestnikov Working Toward A Return

In his first full practice back Vladislav Namestnikov rotated in when the team did line rushes.
No changes to #NHLJets line rushes:

Connor-Scheifele-Ehlers
Iafallo-Perfetti-Vilardi
Niederreiter-Lowry-Appleton
Barron-Gustafsson-Jonsson-Fjallby

Namestnikov is rotating in

Morrissey-DeMelo
Dillon-Pionk
Samberg-Stanley
Chisholm - Schmidt
Namestnikov was also getting work with the second powerplay unit during the special teams portion of practice.
Namestnikov doing some work with the #NHLJets second power play unit near the end of practice here.
These are all positive updates from practice that indicate that Namestnikov is close to a return and the team will throw him right back into the fire. He will have his first opportunity to come back tomorrow night against the Anaheim Ducks.
