After a questionable hit during game 3 of the Eastern Conference series between the Rangers and Capitals, the league has made their decision on Matt Rempe.

Its also worth noting that Rempe kept his nose clean following the play as he declined a fight against Capitals forward Tom Wilson.

Matt Rempe did everything right last night. Clean hit and great composure.
On Saturday, the league decided that no additional disciplinary action would be taken on the rookie.
Although the hit looked serious, the massive size difference was likely the biggest culprit and the hit shouldn't have been penalized beyond the call on the ice.
