After the Colorado Avalanche's big loss to the Chicago Blackhawks last night, Devon Toews didn't hold back on his teammates in his post-game media scrum.

Toews Says That Teammates Are Kidding Themselves If They Think They Are Playing Well

The Colorado Avalanche are one of the best teams in the NHL this year, and this greatness requires players to hold each other accountable. That is exactly what Devon Toews did last night after a bad loss to one of the worst teams in the League this year, the Chicago Blackhawks.
Toews called out his teammates, saying that they are kidding themselves for thinking they are playing well.

Avalanche Have Plenty of Time to Get Back to Speed

The Avalanche have been a team that has been in the mix for the Stanley Cup nearly every year, winning it back in 2022. Its obvious that they have a high standard in their locker room, and they have plenty of time to figure things back out before the playoffs start.
The Avalanche will remain one of the favourites to win the Stanley Cup, and it's likely that they will figure out what Toews is referring to as all great teams do.
