Jeremy Swayman is one of the main reasons the Bruins are having an incredible season, and he just revealed how he felt about this past offseason with the Bruins.
Swayman Reveals His Distaste For Arbitration This Past Offseason
Jeremy Swayman was recently recognized for his contributions to the Bruins' incredible year by being selected as an NHL All-Star. When asked about how he feels about being chosen, he strangely brought up his arbitration hearing this past summer, in a way that seemed to reveal a chip on his shoulder over what he heard during the hearings.
"After dealing with what I did this summer with arbitration, hearing things that a player should never hear, it feels pretty special to be in this situation," said Swayman.

Even though it seems harmless, this could indicate that Swayman is holding on to a bit of a grudge as to what Bruins' management said about him during the offseason. Luckily for Bruins fans, it appears he is using it as fuel for his game.
Swayman Has Faith of His Teammates and Has Been Incredible
Swayman has earned the honour of being an All-Star this season, undoubtedly. His teammates were happy that he was selected, noting that Swayman is one of the reasons they are constantly in every game.
