The Boston Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery confirmed that the captain Brad Marchand is officially out of the line up for game 4 against the Florida Panthers.

In game three, Marchand got on the receiving end of a dirty move by Panthers' Sam Bennett.
Bennett sucker punched Marchand in a hit, and the captain was forced to leave the game, visibly hurt.

After the Bruins confirmed that he was day-to-day with an upper-body injury, we have a new update to report.
Jim Montgomery provided an update on Brad Marchand: "He's upper body, day to day."
In today's press conference, Montgomery confirmed the worst for Marchand: he won't be in the line up for the next game, set to go down on Sunday evening.
"Per Montgomery, #NHLBruins Brad Marchand is out tonight."
Marchand is one of the best players in Boston and without him, the Bruins will have to rely on other players to step up.
In the first round against the Leafs, David Pastrnak stepped up when his team needed him, scoring the series-winning goal in overtime:
With Marchand's absence, fans hope to see Pasta have a strong performance to help his team tie the series before going back to Florida for game 5.
More to come.
