The Boston Bruins had a relatively quiet trade deadline day last Friday, save for the acquisitions of Andrew Peeke and Pat Maroon. Yet, there's been some chatter swirling around about goalie Linus Ullmark. Per reports, Ullmark threw a wrench into the trade plans by exercising his right with his 16-team no-trade list.

The Inside Scoop on Ullmark Drama

On Saturday, reporters went straight to the source and asked Ullmark about these rumors. Instead, of admitting what happened, he played it cool but made one thing crystal clear: he's happy right where he is. "I'm just very happy to be here," said Ullmark when pressed about blocking a trade. "This is the team I want to be on."
With all this drama going down, you've wonder how it'll affect the dynamic between Ullmark and the Bruins moving forward. It sounds like it'll only make them closer. Ullmark had a long talk with Boston legend Patrice Bergeron and received an emotional text from Charlie Mcavoy. Ullmark and Swayman are also best friends, so they're glad they'll stick together a little longer. That said, one of them has to be moved eventually. The reignning William Jennings winners are both of starting goaltending caliber. Stay tuned to see how this goalie saga unfolds!
