Connor Bedard Shares Details of His Injury After His First Game Since January 5th

If you recall, Bedard got hurt after a hit from Devils' defenseman Brendan Smith back in early January and had to undergo a jaw surgery.
The rookie opened up on his injury and provided new details on his experience.
Here's what he said:
"Connor Bedard on the moment his jaw broke on Jan. 5:

"It was just weird. My face was numb and my bite was off. They told me it was broken, I guess, and I just thought of Chara going back in the bubble, so I didn't think too much of it. But obviously it's not Game 7 of the Cup Final, so you've got to wait and let it heal. It sucked."
To see the young player treat every game like it's a game seven of the Stanley Cup Final is extremely encouraging for Hawks' fans.
Do you think Bedard will win the Calder Trophy despite missing six weeks?
