Don Waddell might have just leaked a possible trade for Patrik Laine

Big information has leaked out of the Columbus Blue Jackets organization today, as Don Waddell stated a trade was imminent, all signs it's Patrik Laine.
Eric Tulsky is the one taking over as GM of the team as per Waddell, however it was Waddell who broke the news that they were closing in on the final details of a trade, that could be announced momentarily. There were no details about the name of player involved, but based off of all recent rumors, it's likely Patrik Laine. There have been a ton of rumors involving Laine over the last few weeks, and now that he's out of the NHLPA Player Assistance program, a trade will happen at any moment.
Waddell also endorsed Tulsky, who took over as general manager.
"Eric's the brains," Waddell said. "He's way smarter than I'll ever dream about being. ... I have no doubt he'll do a great job. We're trying to make a trade right now, so..."
