Major leak on Johnny Gaudreau's death forces medical examiner to disappear online

Following a major leak of confidential information regarding Johnny Gaudreau's passing, a medical examiner has deleted his social media accounts.
The family of the Gaudreaus couldn't have been hit with tragedy in a more unimaginable manner as Matthew and Johnny both had their life ended Thursday night in a drunk driving incident where a car struck both young athletes while cycling. The suspect is 42 years old and a local. Sean Higgins has been arrested and charged with vehicular homicide. The Columbus Blue Jackets confirmed the devastating news Friday morning.
Rumors of the tragedy, however, began circulating Thursday night on X, as a journalist prematurely tweeted out some of the details. He then quickly took it down to replace it with a tweet offering thoughts and prayers to the Gaudreau family. The leak may have been from a county medical examiner, an added layer of unsettling news to an already completely devastating situation.

This is an invasion of privacy nobody needs at a time already described as one of the darkest times the Gaudreau family has been put through. Our thoughts and prayers are with them in this really tough period.
