Patrik Laine's time in Columbus is quickly coming to an end, and now three more teams have emerged as suitors for the goal scoring forward.

Despite being 26-years of age with plenty of production behind him, Patrik Laine is on the verge of being traded for a second time as the Columbus Blue Jackets look to move forward with their incredibly talented young core. The Montreal Canadiens have been linked to Laine in recent times, and now that he's been released from the NHLPA's Player Assistance Program, his market is seemingly heating up in a big way.
On the latest episode of the Spittin' Chiclets Podcast, hockey personality Ryan Whitney has named three intriguing teams that would make sense as suitors for Laine;
Ryan Whitney says the Detroit Red Wings, Calgary Flames, and Colorado Avalanche could be good fits for Patrik Laine on the Spittin Chiclets podcast #CBJ
On the surface, it makes sense that most of the teams in the NHL would be interested in someone of Laine's talent, but with years of inconsistency, it's unclear exactly what the market for him will eventually be. With the ability to now talk to other teams, it's only a matter of time until he's officially moved, and while Colorado and Detroit make most sense of these two teams, expect much more interest to develop in the coming days and weeks.
