Connor McDavid made a remarkable return from his injury just in time for the Heritage Classic against the Calgary Flames over the past weekend.
After two games without scoring, McDavid commented on his return, which some consider to be hasty.
Here's what he said:
"Our training staff here is amazing in Edmonton. The whole crew, we're very fortunate here in Edmonton to have a great staff, and we've been working hard on it all week, and I feel like it's in a really good place."
