Some big news have emerged from Edmonton earlier today.
Trade Incoming?
It looks like the Edmonton Oilers are thinking about trading their player Warren Foegele before the new season starts. A particular team seems really interested.
"Reports indicate that Oilers forward Warren Foegele is likely to be moved before the start of the season.
Let's not forget that Foegele was made available at the last trade deadline...
"The Oilers have made Derek Ryan, Jesse Puljujarvi and Warren Foegele available for trade, per Frank Seravalli. Seravalli adds that Jesse Puljujarvi has generated interest from a handful of teams and the Oilers were engaged in conversations with a couple of teams."
Foegele to Join the Ducks?
The Ducks have considerably upgraded their roster this summer, getting players like Leo Carlsson, Radko Gudas, and Alex Killorn. And it seems they want more.
Foegele, 27, joined the Oilers last year after four years with the Hurricanes. He has played 349 games in the NHL and has scored 122 points, including 60 goals, since being drafted in 2014.
His tough way of playing and ability to score could help the Ducks moving forward in their rebuilding.
