Leon Draisaitl was not skating yesterday after going down with an injury in game one of the Oilers series versus the Canucks and we now know his status for game two.

NHL insider Elliotte Friedman just announced major news for the Edmonton Oilers.
Draisaitl is taking warmups

Oilers fans were worried that Draisaitl would not play as he missed practice yesterday and left intermittently in game one versus the Canucks.
In addition to this, the Oilers will be getting reinforcements with Adam Henrique returning as he missed game one.
Henrique is also taking warmup

Henrique was the Edmonton Oilers trade deadline acquisition from the Anaheim Ducks and the veteran centerman has provided depth down the middle for the Oilers as well as some secondary scoring posting two points through the five playoff games he has played.
Puck drop is less than a half hour away and the Oilers will certainly battle back to even this series up at one a piece.
