Patrick Kane has kept everyone on their toes for the first few months of the season, wondering where he will end up playing this year and for how long. there have been a laundry list of teams that are speculated to have been looking for Kane's services, however, Elliotte Friedman believes it is down to 2.
"A lot of us have speculated Florida but I believe another team that he has collected a lot of information about is Detroit," revealed Friedman.

Detroit has been in the running for a while, and previous rumours had surfaced that Kane was interested in rekindling with former teammate Alex DeBrincat. Friedman believes that this could be another team in the running.

Kane Likely to Reveal More Information This Week On When He Will Sign
It was previously reported that Patrick Kane was waiting to sign in mid-November in order to properly evaluate his options and also give his hips time to recover.
With that timeline coming and gone, many are awaiting any announcement from Kane on where he will go. Now, Friedman has revealed that we should know more information this week.
"I think we're gonna have an idea early this week where he is leaning and what he's going to do," said Friedman on Saturday night. "Kane to his credit has made this very challenging, tougher than an escape room to figure out where he's going."
Friedman at the intermission says still not clear where Patrick Kane will end up, many have suspected Florida but he has also collected a lot of information on the Red Wings. Decision expected early next week.
