P.K. Subban is a controversial figure in the hockey world. Many see him as brash or arrogant. Today a former Montreal Canadien spoke about Subban and his rumored relationship with teammates.

Shaw Speaks About Subban

Andrew Shaw is a two time Stanley Cup champion and part of one of the best dynasties of the 2010s in Chicago. Today he decided to speak about P.K. Subban and Subban's relationship with other players in Montreal.
It is important to remember that Shaw and Subban never played together in Montreal. Shaw could be sharing feelings of teammates or just his own. This is also just once source so take everything with a grain of salt. That being said here are Shaw's comments.
You do know all of his teammates hated him right? Well more the reason I dislike him.
This shows that Shaw was not a fan of P.K. Subban in the slightest. He calls him arrogant and selfish.

Subban vs. Shaw

While Andrew Shaw's comments might just be his own personal biases based on things he has heard it could be an interesting exercise to look at both of their careers.
Shaw played 11 years in the NHL 544 games with 247 points. Shaw won no individual awards in the NHL. However, he also did win two Stanley Cups with the Chicago Blackhawks.
On the flip side P.K. Subban was a better individual player. In his 13 seasons he played 834 games and had 467 points as a defenseman. Subban also won both the Norris and King Clancy Trophies.
This leads back to the point that Subban did have more individual accomplishments than team ones. But he was also not part of a dynasty like Andrew Shaw was. Subban often had to carry teams with Carey Price in his time in Montreal.
