John Tortorella, the Philadelphia Flyers head coach, apologized to the media after he had a controversial reaction to a reporter's question in his last press conference.

Tortorella issues apology to reporters for his awkward reaction after a question concerning the goaltender Felix Sandstrom's struggles against the Florida Panthers.

Read his full statement here:
"I made a terrible mistake with you guys the other night. You might have asked me about Sanny. My body language was wrong. What I should have said to you was he tried. Sanny tried. Things happened this year that put our goaltending situation into a state of flux. Sanny did not deserve that from me. You had the perfect right to ask that question. He did not deserve that from me. It was wrong."
Needless to say that even if his team is playing well this season, he hasn't changed.
