Penguins Get Their First Win Of The Season
This offseason the Penguins made the biggest splash of the offseason acquiring Erik Karlsson. This was their signal to the rest of the league they were going all in. After a slow start to the season against the Chicago Blackhawks the Penguins got into the win column.
The Penguins ended up winning this game 4-0. The stars came out to play as Evgeni Malkin had a 4-point night and Sidney Crosby had a 2-goal game. Newcomer Rielly Smith also got his first goal as a Penguin.
