Four Jets players were missing from this morning's practice in Winnipeg: Sean Monahan, Nino Niederreiter, Adam Lowry and Logan Stanley.

The reported Connor Hrabchak revealed this development in a recent post on X, live from the Jets' practice. He also mentioned that Tyler Toffoli was back on the ice after missing the last game with an illness, and shared an update on Niederreiter's brutal injury that occured in the game against the Kings on Monday night:
"#NHLJets practice is underway. Nino Niederreiter is not out here after needing stitches on Monday.

No Monahan, Lowry, Stanley either.

Tyler Toffoli is out here after missing Monday's game with an illness."
Without all these key players, here are the lines we saw at practice:
"#NHLJets lines at practice with no Monahan, Lowry, Stanley, or Niederreiter:

Ehlers-Scheifele-Vilardi
Connor-Kupari-Perfetti
Toffoli-Gustafsson-Appleton
Barron-Namestnikov-Iafallo

Morrissey-Pionk
Dillon-DeMelo
Samberg/Schmidt/Miller rotating"
The Jets finally broke their six-game losing-streak Monday, against the Los Angeles Kings. They'll hope to keep that momentum tomorrow, as they face the Calgary Flames, despite the possible absence of a few key players.
At this point of the season, it's better to let players recover fully from any injuries to make sure they are healthy to start the playoffs.
More to come.
