Jet's Connor to Come Back Tonight Against the Islanders

According to the Jets' beat writer Ken Wiebe, star player Kyle Connor should return for tonight's game against the Islanders.
"Although he has one final hurdle to clear with the morning skate and how he feels after, I'm expecting LW Kyle Connor to play for #NHLJets tonight vs #Isles in what will be his first game since suffering a knee injury vs #Ducks on Dec. 10."

"The #NHLJets would need to make a roster move in order to activate Kyle Connor from IR, provided he gets final clearance to play. Not expecting Mark Scheifele to suit up tonight, so he could be moved to IR retroactively. Will see what the day brings here."
Connor was injured in early December in a game against the Anaheim Ducks.
This season, the 27-year-old forward scored 28 points in 26 games, including 17 goals.
Do you think Connor will score 40 goals this season?
More to come.
