The NHL draft lottery has officially finished and we now know who will be drafting where in the 2024 draft.
The NHL draft lottery is an event that can change franchises both for the better and for the worse. A team can win the 1st overall pick and draft a generational talent like Connor Bedard or Connor McDavid or they could miss out on said talent and draft somebody else.
The lottery has officially finished and we now know who will be drafting projected first overall pick Macklin Celebrini.
Celebrini is viewed as a potential top 10-15 player in the NHL one day and would be a high-caliber centerman for the San Jose Sharks.
The second lottery winner, the Blackhawks, will be primed to draft some quality talent with their pick.
The rest of the lottery remained unchanged.
