Kassian retired after being dropped from a professional tryout with the Arizona Coyotes this season. In a new interview with Daily Faceoff, Kassian said he was never the same player following a fight with Zack MacEwan, who was playing with the Vancouve Canucks at the time. The two dropped the gloves during preseason action in 2021.
