An insane incident broke out during a Men's League game where players were seen swinging their sticks to assault opposing players.

Players Take Crazy Overhead Swings With Their Sticks at Opposing Team During Insane Bench Clearing Brawl

The brawl appears to have broken out as a player approaches the opposing team's bench and then proceeds to use their stick to attack one of the players on the bench.
The brawl then quickly escalates as several players start fighting on the ice, and one of the players on the bench uses their stick to retaliate against one of the on-ice players. Take a look at the video below.

Whether or not you believe fighting has a place in hockey is one thing. This is a completely different incident. Using equipment as a weapon to assault opposing players is not hockey, and is a disgusting display for our game. Players should be banned, if not suspended for the entire year, for acts like this.
