After a move out of Arizona, the former Arizona Coyotes and current Utah NHL Team are set to play in Salt Lake City at the Delta Center.

When everything in the sale to Ryan Smith of Smith Entertainment Group was finalized, they released a bracket to name the new NHL team in Utah.
Some of the names include Yetis, Blizzard, Outlaws, Frost, Mammoth, Mountaineers, Freeze, and so much more. Fans can even vote on what the name will be soon enough.
The 2024-25 season will be a plain and simple jersey with Utah striped across the front, after that, they will receive the official logo and all of the other marketing mumbo jumbo to go with that.

Utah's owner Ryan Smith wants to be competitive in free agency on July 1st, they likely have their eyes set on a bunch of players who had strong 2023-24 seasons that Utah could target on July 1st.
With the sixth overall selection in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft, Utah could add a solid player with significant potential and upside to their roster.
It all comes down to the ownership of the team, and Ryan Smith of Smith Enterprises Group has truly been an incredibly invested owner up until this point.
