The Nashville Predators are trading goaltender Yaroslav Askarov to the San Jose Sharks.

NHL insider Elliotte Friedman revealed the details on social media X earlier that Yaroslav Askarov, who demanded a trade from the Nashville Predators a few months ago, has finally had his wish granted as he's now a member of the San Jose Sharks.

Yaroslav Askarov is an 11th overall pick by the Nashville Predators back in 2020 and has only ever played in three NHL games, picking up just one win in the process.
The Sharks will be happy to have him as their goaltender of the future as they continue their re-build.
More details will follow.
