In breaking news, the Carolina Hurricanes have just signed a new goaltender in hopes of shoring up their gaps between the pipes.
Carolina Hurricanes Sing Aaron Dell to Professional Tryout
The Carolina Hurricanes have just made a major move to try and bolster their roster between the pipes, signing Aaron Dell to a Professional Tryout, as reported by Elliotte Friedman this morning.
Aaron Dell, as seen here, is apparently heading to Carolina on a PTO
The signing comes as Carolina faces some issues with their goaltenders, with Frederik Andersen still out with an injury. They recently sent down Antti Raanta, who cleared waivers.
Dell appeared in 4 games last year for the San Jose Sharks and has yet to play in an NHL game this season. He is the second goaltender the Hurricanes have brought in this season on PTO, as they released Jaroslav Halak after his brief tryout with the team.
