Kane scores in overtime to sink his old team and taunts the fans

Firstly came the video tribute and all of the emotions, but when the puck was dropped, it was business as usual, with Kane even being on the receiving end of a massive Connor Bedard hit.

A few hours later however, it was pure elation from the Blackhawks legend, as he finished off the game in dramatic fashion with the overtime winner on a breakaway.

After so long in Chicago, this was an incredible scene in the United Center for a different reason from Kane, and while he taunted the fans, he was promptly celebrated by everyone in the arena.

No matter where Kane ends up, he'll always be an icon in the city of Chicago after what he brought to the city, and now, he delivered them one last moment that shows why he was always worthy of the name Showtime.
