The Edmonton Oilers have pulled a complete 180 on their season after starting off the year terribly are now back to being a contender once more, but there is one piece that may push this team over the edge.

Oilers Continuing To Push For Playoffs, May Add Former 30-Goal Scorer

The Oilers were looking to have one of the biggest bust years in the recent history as they were bottom feeders to now having set a Canadian team record by being on a 13-game winning streak.
With the Oilers battling back into a playoff spot and the trade deadline fast approaching, the Oilers will surely be looking to add at this years deadline.
One player that can be on the radar for the Oilers is the Anaheim Ducks Adam Henrique, with the Ducks in the midst of a rebuild they would be wanting to get rid of their veteran players for picks and prospects.
The Ducks much like the Oilers were hoping for a better year than they have, with the Ducks having added Alex Killorn and Radko Gudas to try and make them better but to avail. This makes Henrique possibly available for trade.

Adam Henrique From Former 30-Goal To Perfect Depth Piece For Edmonton

33-year-old Adam Henrique has been a good depth piece for any team that he has been on. He has put 30 goals in a season once but has been a consistent 15-25 goal scorer throughout his career.
The Oilers right now have been a team reliant on their star duo for their whole careers. The Oilers have failed to build a deep enough team to help one of the best players we have ever seen play win a championship.
Henrique is on the last year of a five year $29 million deal, with 14 goals already this year Henrique would give the Oilers 3 lines of consistent depth scoring.
Henrique has been a solid defensive player throughout his career as well. Giving the Oilers more depth everywhere, which is the Oilers biggest priority.
