The Edmonton Oilers will be facing off against the Florida Panthers, who played in the Stanley Cup finals last season.

Tonight the first game of the Stanley Cup finals will be played, but the Edmonton Oilers seem to still be making some last minute lineup changes. Sam Carrick and Derek Ryan weren't seen at a recent practice, which could indicate that there has been some sort of lineup change.
TSN reporter Ryan Rishaug attended the practice and posted the Oilers forward lineup. It featured Warren Foegele on the 4th line with Ryan McLeod and Corey Perry. Foegele has been an important player in the 2024 playoffs, he has only played in 3 playoff games, but has scored a goal with 2 assists.
"Ryan Nugent-Hopkins - Connor McDavid - Zach Hyman
Evander Kane - Leon Draisaitl - Dylan Holloway
Mattias Janmark - Adam Henrique - Connor Brown
Warren Foegele - Ryan McLeod - Corey Perry"
The Oilers and the Panthers will face off at 8:00 PM EST tonight at the Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, Flordia. Will this last minute lineup change impact the performance of the Oilers?
