Zach Hyman and the Edmonton Oilers are all set to take on the Florida Panthers in the Stanley Cup Final.

Hyman has become one of the NHL's top goal-scorers and offensive threats, but his time with the Toronto Maple Leafs still comes up often.
In a recent interview with NHL.com's Mike Zeisberger, Hyman shared his ongoing connection to Toronto.
It wasn't about money, I'd have loved to be a Maple Leaf for life. I was from there, our families were from there. But when that door closed and Edmonton had shown interest all along, it was the place I wanted to come.
Hyman signed a seven-year, $38.5 million contract with the Oilers in the summer of 2021. Playing alongside Connor McDavid, they 31 year-old has developed into a superstar and fan favorite.
This season, Hyman hit a career-high 54 goals, far surpassing his previous best of 36. He's elevated his play in the postseason, scoring 14 goals in 18 games.
For Leafs fans, it's a bittersweet situation. They never wanted to see Hyman leave, and now they have to watch him and the Oilers play in the Stanley Cup Final, while the Leafs have struggled to make a deep playoff run past the second round since his departure.
