Marc-Andre Fleury is a future member of the Hockey Hall of Fame, there's no doubt about that. If the multiple Stanley Cups weren't enough, he's been lights out on the international stage and backstopped an expansion team to the Stanley Cup finals in their inaugural season.

Fleury Isn't the Same

While Fleury is still a good goaltender and a great teammate, he's not the player he once was. He struggled during his time in Chicago and has continued to struggle to secure the net in Minnesota. This is expected with all players when they get to be Fleury's age, but it doesn't make it any easier to see.
The Wild re-signed goaltender Filip Gustavsson to a three-year deal today, indicating that he's there to stay for the time being.
At just 25 years of age, he's got much more runway with Minnesota and can provide them better results than Fleury can.
With Minnesota facing some huge cap problems, it looks like Fleury may be on his way out.

Where to Next?

There are always plenty of teams in the NHL desperate for quality goaltending which makes for an interesting market for Fleury.
Ottawa's struggles in the net have been publicly observed, making them an obvious choice. Among other suitors could be Kyle Dubas' Pittsburgh Penguins or the Buffalo Sabres, who could use a veteran like Fleury on a very young roster.
Wherever he ends up, we want nothing but the best for Flower.
