The Philadelphia Flyers have struggled over the past few years, and with the rebuild still having years to go, moving goaltender Carter Hart could be the best option for them this off-season.
The Flyers have one major asset in Hart, and while he hasn't reached the same levels many expected after his stellar 2019-20 season, he's still very valuable at 24-years of age.
This trade would seemingly be a solid one for both teams, as it gives Seattle a goaltender who's proven he can be great while still being young, while also providing future assets for the Flyers.
With both teams heading in opposite directions, this makes sense for both sides, and if the Flyers are willing to let Hart go, this seems like great value.
