John Tavares knows he needs to perform to live up to the $11 million per year he makes, therefore he's decided to try something new, Kala therapy.

Tavares was recently spotted engaging in a new red light therapy session known as Kala, showing fans on social media that he is committed to working hard to be ready for the upcoming season. Now, six images have been surfacing online showing Tavares engaging in this therapy session.

Excited fans in the area began to flock to the therapy location in the hopes of doing a meet and greet with Tavares. Excitement was definitely high.
Kala red light therapy is a type of fitness routine that heals the body through faster muscle recovery, better overall physical performance, improved sleep, reduced joint pain and enhanced weight loss. Tavares needs to do everything he can to be in tip top shape as he is being paid $11 million next season and wants to avoid being criticized by fans as we have seen in the past.
John Tavares has a whopping five points in his last 15 games.

11 million bucks a year.

The history books will show that his signing was an albatross contract and one of Dubas' many blunders.

This isn't the first time Tavares was seen in promotional ads, as back in 2022 he appeared in a Lululemon promotional video for Team Canada's new jacket. Fans of the Leafs can only hope his new fitness revelation will lead to a really good season.
