The Toronto Maple Leafs once again failed to go deep in the playoffs, and with rumours of Sheldon Keefe's departure swirling, they've made an adjustment.

For years now, the NHL's biggest market team in the Toronto Maple Leafs have had huge expectations, but once more they've fallen in the first round after losing a thriller to Boston in overtime. As expected, there's plenty of disappointment in Toronto, with players like Mitch Marner and Ilya Samsonov taking plenty of criticism, but it's Sheldon Keefe who's on the hottest seat.
It's expected that Toronto will part ways with Keefe, and that's become more apparent with the announcement of their end of year media schedule changes;
The #leafs will hold an end-of-season availability for players and head coach Sheldon Keefe tomorrow, with management not due to speak until Thursday.

That's a significant departure from past protocol in these parts.
In recent years, management would opt to speak a lot sooner than that, so it appears as though with time to talk, we may get some answers very soon.
Further to #leafs end-of-season media plans: The volume in Toronto will be turned up to 12 until Thursday.

The team didn't specify which member(s) of management will speak then. Questions remain for players and Sheldon Keefe tomorrow, but all of them are twisting in the wind.
It's safe to say that Toronto are looking to make some changes after another disappointing playoff run, and at this point, all signs point to Keefe being gone, and it's likely that we will know come media availability on Thursday.
