Dylan Demelo and his wife Jessica have just went through a life-changing experience, as they are both parents of a baby boy.
DeMelo made the announcement on his Instagram that his wife Jessica just gave birth to their second child, a healthy baby boy named Eddie John DeMelo. This isn't DeMelo's first child, as he and his wife have already been the proud parents of their first child, Caleb DeMelo.

DeMelo had made the announcement a while back during a press conference that he and his wife were expecting a child, and the Winnipeg Jets ensured they issued a proper congratulations on social media X.

Dylan DeMelo was an extremely solid, reliable defenseman for the Winnipeg Jets last season, having suited up in all 82 games of the season. In those games, he manged to score three goals and added a whopping 28 assists. DeMelo had one of the best plus/minus stats in the entire NHL with an absolutely astounding +46 rating, which proves how much his team was able to count on him to keep pucks out of his own net.
